You may have noticed it has been a bit quiet around here the last couple of weeks. This has been due to a recent trip to Melbourne (on Tiger Airways..)  and picking up a nasty flu while I was down there.. which I’m still trying to shake off.

Posts coming up in the next couple of weeks (once I’m back on my feet):

- Tiger Airways (Why treating customers like farm animals builds their brand)
- Discussion on Mark Scott’s (Head of ABC) slamming of Murdoch’s plans to charge for online content.
- The long awaited follow ups to my Social Media Metrics post.

Stay tuned.
